Danzantes Unidos: Preserving Culture Through Dance
Ballet Folklorico del Desierto seeks support to attend the Danzantes Unidos Festival, a conference dedicated to artistic excellence, and youth empowerment. Attending exposes students to high artistic standards and connects them with a broader dance community. Financial support is essential to cover lodging expenses, directly ensuring student access and responsible travel. Due to the high cost of a charter bus (approximately $10,000), we will instead travel using three district minibuses. This decision requires our chaperones to drive long distances. To ensure the safe return of our group, we must add an additional hotel night beyond our original plan, allowing chaperones adequate rest.
